Job summary

Drive continuous improvement in a large-scale IT & Data organization by setting high standards, improving processes and enabling data-driven decision making.

Role and responsibilities

• Support business process owners in maintaining and improving processes
• Improve Business Process Management maturity for the IT & Data sector
• Update relevant processes in the myProcess (ARIS) environment
• Analyze IT & Data processes to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows
• Improve quality using Lean & Six Sigma techniques to reduce defects in IT & Data services
• Perform data-driven decision-making based on process KPIs and data analysis
• Identify waste and unnecessary operational costs

Education and experience

• 6+ years of process design experience, preferably as an internal or external consultant within a corporate environment
• At least 5 years of experience in a large organization, with a solid background in IT & Data environments
• Experience with ARIS business process analysis & management software
• MSc or BSc in Information Management, Business Administration or a related field

• Able to deal with a fast-changing environment and scope
• Conceptual thinking, problem solving and constructive challenging abilities
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Team player

• Fluent in English (essential); Dutch (desirable)

Working arrangement

Partially remote: 3 days in the office.
