Business Consultant / Business Analyst – Regulatory change and Regulatory technology (AI)

Role

As a Business Analyst in Credit Core you will play a key role in implementing regulatory technology solutions for regulatory change and adherence. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, refine business demands and map them to available technology solutions. You will drive innovation, automation and reusability, assess applicability of AI techniques (including NLP and Generative AI), and advise the team and architecture. You will work within a cross-functional scrum team of 8–12 colleagues.

Top responsibilities

• Lead implementation of software into the existing landscape and processes, including project implementation planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate business requirements and regulatory complexities into AI-enhanced designs and specifications aligned with IT architecture.
• Drive innovation, automation and reusability within regulatory change processes.
• Assess applicability of advanced AI techniques (NLP, Generative AI) and advise architecture and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and development teams to shape AI-powered regulatory change management.

Practical examples

• Perform gap and requirements analysis to ensure successful implementation of regulatory technology and business continuity post-implementation.
• Perform gap and requirements analysis for AI-driven regulatory interpretation and identify AI opportunities; develop a roadmap with your squad.
• Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists and solution architects to integrate NLP and Generative AI capabilities.
• Support the Area Lead/Product Owner with requirements analysis and process engineering to enable consistent, efficient AI-enhanced business solutions.

Your profile

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in banking and/or financial services IT.
• Strong consulting skills, including problem structuring.
• Experience leading delivery, implementation and change facilitation.
• Experience in regulatory and policy change processes or implementation; regulatory technologies.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, especially NLP and Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, prompting, LLMs).
• Experience with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures.
• Agile delivery experience (DevOps, SCRUM).
• Ability to influence and advise stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
