Position

Business Consultant / Business Analyst – Regulatory change and Regulatory technology (AI)
Join a scrum team (8–12 colleagues) to help shape and implement an AI-powered regulatory change process by onboarding and integrating a new third‑party vendor solution used globally. You will translate regulatory complexity into AI-enhanced designs and work with stakeholders, architects and development teams to deliver the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the third‑party vendor onboarding process and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Lead vendor selection workshops and stakeholder alignment to gather or validate requirements.
• Drive implementation of the software into the existing landscape and processes, including planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate business requirements and regulatory complexities into AI‑enhanced designs and specifications aligned with the IT architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, AI specialists and development teams to shape AI‑powered regulatory change management.
• Contribute to innovation, automation and reusability; assess applicability of advanced AI techniques (NLP, Generative AI) within regulatory change processes.

Practical examples of work

• Facilitate vendor onboarding by supporting IT vendor risk assessments (privacy, security, data risk) and other onboarding activities.
• Perform gap and requirements analysis to ensure successful implementation and business continuity post‑implementation.
• Identify AI opportunities within current processes and develop a roadmap for integrating NLP and Generative AI capabilities.
• Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists and solution architects to integrate AI functionality.
• Support Area Lead/Product Owner with requirements analysis and process engineering for consistent AI‑enhanced solutions.

Your profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience: 5+ years in banking and/or financial services IT.
• Domain: Experience with regulatory and policy change processes or regulatory technologies.
• Consulting & delivery: Strong consulting skills, problem structuring, leading delivery and implementation, change facilitation.
• AI knowledge: Familiarity with AI concepts, especially NLP and Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, prompting).
• Methodologies: Experience with business analysis methodologies, applicable IT architectures and agile delivery (DevOps, Scrum).
• Communication: Ability to influence stakeholders with confidence and clarity; excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

• Experience in Regulatory and policy change processes or implementation,

• Familiarity with AI concepts, especially NLP and Generative AI (e.g.
  OpenAI, prompting, LLMs)
• Experience with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT
  architectures
• Agile delivery experience (DevOps, SCRUM)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID
  card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the
  assignment
• Candidate should be submitted exclusively to Magnit – Rabobank during the
  exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
• The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the
  assignment
• Pre-employment screening will be executed and must be completed
  successfully before starting
• Suppliers can offer just one candidate for this position. Multiple
  candidates per supplier are not allowed, all candidates will be rejected
• Mid-lance constructions are not allowed according to Rabobank policy
