PMO Regional European Electricity Market Integration Projects

As a PMO Support for Regional European Electricity Market Integration Projects you will support regional market integration initiatives and contribute to improving the functioning of the coupled European electricity markets.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of project meetings and coordinate required internal inputs.
• Coordinate dependencies between market integration projects.
• Analyze project proposals and assess their impact.
• Support the development of responses, positions and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders in a complex international environment.
• Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments and engage regularly with external stakeholders.

What you bring

• Experience: Demonstrable experience with regional European electricity market integration projects (e.g., CORE/CE, HANSA) is a must.
• PMO: A few years of relevant experience with PMO support activities.
• Languages: Proficient in English, verbally and in writing (Dutch not required).
• Delivery: Ability to deliver results in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders.

Soft skills

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the impact of market integration proposals.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Results-oriented, flexible, proactive and self-starting.
• Team player with a positive and constructive critical mindset.
• Environmentally aware and confident in expressing views when needed.

Additional information

• Niche profile: This role specifically targets candidates with experience in European energy market integration.
• Working pattern: Expected to work on site 2 days per week: Monday and one other day; remaining days can be worked from home.
• Employment type: Temporary role.
• Screening: A pre-employment screening will be executed; UVO and VOG are part of the screening (the VOG must be received before start).
• Documents: Candidates must be in possession of a valid passport or ID card and take it to the interview and at the start of the assignment.

Eisen

• Demonstrable experience with regional European electricity market
  integration projects (e.g. CORE/CE, HANSA) is a must!
• Independent contractors (zzp) will not be concidered fort his role
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment
  conditions and Tennet’s Collective Labour Agreement
• We would like to receive the personal motivation of the candidate and CV in
  Dutch or English
• If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be
  executed
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID
  card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the
  assignment
• The candidate is expected to work 2 days on site: Monday and one other day
• The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the
  assignment

Wensen

• Demonstrable experience with regional European electricity market
  integration projects (e.g. CORE/CE, HANSA) is a must!
• Few years of relevant experience with PMO support activities
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing (Dutch not required)
• TenneT is specifically looking for candidates with experience in European
  energy market integration
