Product Manager Talent & GROW — Rabobank Utrecht

As Product Manager Talent & GROW you will shape and execute the strategy and policies for talent management and performance development (GROW). You will lead a multidisciplinary team to accelerate the talent strategy and drive the annual GROW cycle, designing and implementing processes, programmes and tools to identify, develop, match and stretch high-potential talent.

What you'll do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team (~12 professionals) to deliver talent and GROW objectives.
• Design, prioritise and implement impactful processes, programmes and tools for talent identification, development and deployment.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and line managers to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure the right people are in the right roles.
• Foster a high-performing team culture and translate organisational and business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Area and Tribe, strategic HR Business Partners, the Talent Management team and Senior Leadership.

Your role & team

• Area Leadership Team: contribute to strategic decision-making and organisational growth.
• Cross-functional leadership: lead project teams including product experts, marketing & communications and Tech4HR professionals.
• People management: directly manage and coach 9 product experts; provide indirect leadership to an additional 4 colleagues.
• Product ownership: take ownership of the product backlog and ensure priorities align with business goals and user needs.

Top 3 responsibilities

• People management of 9 product experts on Learning & Development, Talent and GROW.
• Accelerate the realisation of the Talent execution plan.
• Continuous delivery on the GROW cycle and various talent development programmes.

Candidate profile

• Education & thinking level: academic working and thinking level.
• Experience: management experience and experience with HR topics such as performance management, talent and learning.
• Skills & mindset: entrepreneurial, proactive, strong collaboration, agility, complex problem-solving, sound judgement and decision-making.
• Consulting & communication: strong consulting skills with excellent presentation and advisory capabilities.
• Interpersonal: outstanding ability to inspire, coach and build trust; able to navigate politically sensitive and complex environments with diverse stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience with Rabo or another financial institution is preferred.

Practical information

• FTE: 1.0 (full-time)
• Working hours: 36 hours per week (fewer hours not desirable)
• Language: English mandatory
• Contract type: self-employed / ZZP not allowed
• Hybrid working: 1 to 2 working days per week with a compulsory office day

Eisen

• Hours per week: fewer hours is not desirable
• Management experience is needed
• Experience with HR topics like performance management, talent and learning
  is needed
• Candidate should be submitted exclusively to Magnit – Rabobank during the
  exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
• Furthermore, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire
  duration of the assignment
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID
  card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the
  assignment
• If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be
  executed
• Your candidate is only allowed to start after the pre-employment screening
  has been completed successfully
