Responsibilities & Tasks

• Prepare the month end with the Project Controller
• Prepare and check third party cost accruals
• Run time writing reports and cross-check the data with the team list
• Prepare accruals for time writing
• Send approved hours to the joint venture controller for invoicing
• Prepare and analyze monthly results and update the monthly board reporting slides
• Prepare the cash flow plan and quarterly forecasts for the project legal entities
• Facilitate monthly calls with package leads to update the rolling monthly forecast
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for capitalized expenditure
• Assist in preparation of the quarterly budget updates with the Project Controller
• Support the financial controlling department with relevant business insight / rationale in local country statutory audits
• Ad hoc participation in projects and improvement initiatives

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or similar experience based level) in a relevant field (e.g. controlling, economics, accounting or finance)
• Financial systems / ERP experience (preferably SAP R3 & SAP S4)
• Strongly developed MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience

• Experience in financial closing, reporting and controlling tasks
• Experience in handling different stakeholders (internal and external) and communicating effectively across organizational layers
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Resilient to last-minute changes and able to handle them effectively
• Accustomed to working in a continuously evolving environment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing (local language + English)
• Strong team player, willing to help others and deliver against deadlines
• Ability to work independently with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset
• Open and active
