Project Manager Transaction Monitoring
Employment: 1 FTE

Role summary

You will manage governance, structure, support and documentation for the delivery of a migration change program within the Transaction Monitoring (TM) domain. As central point of contact you will guide and support the migration of an existing TM case-management workflow to a new version, coordinating delivery across Business and Technology functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders with deep domain knowledge
• Provide independent insights, problem solving and management reporting
• Collaborate closely with TM teams to understand operational challenges
• Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach with focus on quality and compliance
• Advise colleagues, business units and senior management on project-related matters

Required profile

Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years’ experience, or Master’s degree with 5–10 years’ experience.
Core skills & knowledge:

• Extensive business change experience with some technical background
• Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Risk Management
• Experience with platform rollouts and/or migrations in a matrix management structure
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across departments
• Good presentation skills up to senior management level
• Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory)
• Proactive, hands-on, quality-focused and flexible
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office for documenting, reporting and presenting

Nice-to-have

• Creative thinker able to challenge conventional approaches
• Understanding of the broader financial services landscape

• We are looking for 1 FTE
• Start Date: 1 september 2026 (or as soon as possible)
• Suppliers can offer just one candidate for this position
• Please clearly indicate in the motivation field whether the candidate has
  any planned vacation or special leave during the duration of this
  assignment
• Language: English mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of experience, or Master’s degree with
  5–10 years of experience
• Extensive Business Change experience with some Technical background
• Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Risk Management
• Experience of challenging platform rollouts and/or migration in a matrix
  management structure

• Candidate should be submitted exclusively to Magnit – Rabobank during the
  exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
• Furthermore, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire
  duration of the assignment
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID
  card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the
  assignment
• Pre-employment screening: If the candidate is selected to start, a
  pre-employment screening will be executed
• The PES is outsourced to an external party
• Your candidate is only allowed to start after the pre-employment screening
  has been completed successfully

Wensen

• Language: English mandatory
• It is a pre if the candidate has knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and
  Risk Management
• At least Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of experience, or Master’s
  degree with 5–10 years of experience is preferred
• Extensive Business Change experience with some Technical background is
  preferred
